Dining and Vending

Room Service

Our hospital offers an on-demand meal service for patients. This system allows patients who are able to order food on their schedule, between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm.

A large variety of foods are available, and our team will work with you to select items that meet your preferences and dietary needs. Patients and/or guests can order from the patient menu and have meals delivered to the patient rooms (dial 265108). Patients are encouraged to check with their provider or registered dietitian about dietary restrictions before eating any food brought in by visitors. Certain tests may require that you not eat for a period of time.

How it works:

  • Browse the menu available in your room or via this link (link to menu).
  • Call the dining number: 304-596-5108
  • Place your order at a time that works best for you between the hours of 6:30 am and 6:30 pm.
  • Your meal will be delivered within 60 minutes.

For Patients and Families: Orders can be placed by the patient or by a family member or friend up to three meals in advance.
